Let’s cut to the chase – I am in constant movement. From the workout room to the courtroom, running the streets of my hometown to exploring cities, beaches and mountains, I DO NOT STOP – and neither should you. Chasing Helen is about chasing yourself – setting high goals and chasing them down. My goal is to motivate and energize you, and to introduce you to people who motivate me. An avid marathon runner and dedicated boot camp instructor, I am chasing myself every day. So let’s set challenging goals and SHATTER them.
